Glarus, 26. Nov. Von den 25 bis 30 Rechtsextremen, die im Juni in Glarus eine Kundgebung der Juso überfielen, sind 18 von der Polizei identifiziert worden. 6 haben sich vor Gericht zu verantworten, 10 erhalten Geldstrafen von bis zu 180 Tagessätzen. Gegen 2 der 18 Identifizierten ist das Strafverfahren mangels Beweisen eingestellt worden, wie die Kantonspolizei Glarus am Montag bekanntgab. Die ausgesprochenen Strafen gegen die rechtsextremen Schläger betragen im Minimum 150 Tagessätze und sind zum Teil bedingt, zum Teil unbedingt ausgesprochen worden. Die 6 Personen, deren Fall nun zur Anklage an die Glarner Staatsanwaltschaft weitergereicht wurde und die gerichtlich beurteilt werden müssen, sind nicht geständig. Bei den überführten Tätern handelt es sich um Schweizer im Alter von 17 bis 28 Jahren. Nur einer der Männer stammt aus dem Kanton Glarus, die anderen sind in den Kantonen Schwyz, Zürich, St. Gallen, Aargau und Schaffhausen wohnhaft. Beim Überfall auf die bewilligte Demonstration gegen Rassismus sind im Juni 2007 drei Polizisten und eine Kundgebungsteilnehmerin verletzt worden.
