Der ehemalige Erlenbacher Sekundarlehrer Arthur Vogt ist vom Obergericht wegen Verstosses gegen das Anti-Rassismus-Gesetz verurteilt worden und muss eine Busse von 18 000 Franken zahlen, wie aus dem am Freitag veröffentlichten Urteil hervorgeht. Der heute 82-jährige Vogt hatte ein Buch des Holocaust-Leugners Jürgen Graf insgesamt sieben Leuten zugestellt, die das gar nicht wollten. Ausserdem hatte er die von ihm herausgegebene Zeitschrift „Aurora“ mit revisionistischen Aufsätzen unaufgefordert an verschiedene Leute verschickt, neben anderen auch an Bundesanwältin Carla Del Ponte. Das Obergericht befand Vogt in zweiter Instanz in diesen Anklagepunkten für schuldig. Laut einem Oberrichter „gehört Vogt ganz klar zu den Revisionisten“. Die Busse wird wegen des hohen Alters des Verurteilten allerdings nicht in das Strafregister eingetragen, einer Verordnung des Bundes entsprechend.
