Zürich (sda) Der Rechtsextremist David Mulas muss sich wegen Betrugs und Veruntreuung vor Gericht verantworten. Die Zürcher Bezirksanwaltschaft hat gegen den 24-jährigen Berner Anklage erhoben. David Mulas soll über 1300 Personen durch betrügerische Kreditvermittlungen geschädigt haben; die Deliktsumme beläuft sich auf rund 270 000 Franken, wie Bezirksanwalt Peter Gerber am Montag gegenüber «Tagi-News», der Radioredaktion des «Tages-Anzeigers», erklärte. Mulas soll seine Geschäfte über drei Firmen in Wollishofen ZH, Biel BE und Rudolfstetten AG abgewickelt haben. Der Gründer der nationalen Partei Schweiz (NPS), muss sich zudem wegen eines rassistischen Vorfalls im Kanton Bern sowie weiterer kleinerer Delikte verantworten.
