6. November 2001 Rechtsextreme Fussballfans haben am Samstag in der Reitschule Sachschäden von 10 000 Franken angerichtet. Gegen 100 Besucher des Spieles YB gegen Basel haben am Samstagabend im Anschluss an die Partie Fensterscheiben der Reitschule eingeschlagen. Reitschulaktivisten schätzten gestern den Sachschaden auf rund 10 000 Franken. Die Polizei musste die Unruhestifter schliesslich mit Tränengas und Gummischrot vertreiben. Die Reitschulaktivisten werfen der Polizei zögerliches Eingreifen vor: Die Beamten hätten nach der Alarmierung rund 20 Minuten gebraucht, um vor Ort einzutreffen. Gemäss Polizeisprecher Franz Märki hat die Polizei aber bloss neun Minuten bis zur Reitschule gebraucht. Die Verzögerung sei auf das Verkehrschaos zurückzuführen, das nach dem Match auf der Neubrückstrasse geherrscht habe. bob
